Room Addition

Removed a lean to porch and built this beautiful two story addition. It consists of a master suite, laundry room and basement workshop. We used Hardi-plank siding for long lasting beauty that retains the historical look.

Removed this porch and built this handsome addition. Retained and re-used original windows. Wrapped in vinyl siding.

Custom Tile work

We incorporated 2" X 2" designer tiles and a design inlaid rail for this bath remodel.

Attic Space

We took in over 900 square feet in the attic of this Hillcrest home.

Our design team incorporated the roof lines in order to maximize the space and add archetectural interest and focal points in each room.

Biofoam Insulation

We used biofoam in this Hillcrest attic, to provide maximum insulation and energy efficiency. The foam is made from soybeans, unlike other foam insulations which are petroleum base. It is environmently friendly and an excellent insulator.

Kitchen Remodel

Gutted this kitchen and removed existing laundry room. Installed rich maple cabinets, porcelean tile flooring, solid surface countertops with slate backsplashes and stainless steel appliances.

We installed new cabinets with brushed nickel handles and granite countertops with oak trim. We also installed new oak flooring and a soapstone backsplash. We finished this 1920's bungalow kitchen remodel off with stainless steel finished appliances and accent lighting.
